To access or use our services, You must be authorized representative of legal entity or at the age of majority according to the relative legislation. By accepting these Business Terms, You assure that the information You provide is accurate, complete and always present. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the immediate termination of Your account.

Customer agrees not to use the Services or Devices for any unlawful or abusive purpose. Customer will comply with all laws while using the Services or Devices and will not transmit any communication that would violate any federal, state, or local law, court, or regulation. Resale of the Services or Devices is prohibited except by authorized Dealers. By using the Services and/or the Devices, Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of any software license agreements applicable to any software associated with the Services or Devices
Confidentiality
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to their computer/mobile device and/or account. Customers agree to accept full responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under their account and/or password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your account details being shared by You. You must notify support@telitrail.com immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized purchase or other irregular use of Your account.
Changes
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Terms Of Use by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
